For LaunchPad projects, the autoupdate will query the API for **release_notes**.

There's no special handling. It'll just be assumed to be a singular `*` bullet list per release. Typical changelog text cleanups are applied.

Take care not to republish a complete NEWS file as release notes. (There's a `changelog` field for that!)
