Provides a short description on what a plugin does, or how it's to be labelled.

# title: my featuure

Usually this should just be 1 to 3 words.

• Be brief if used for GUI menu entries.

• Not contain version numbers of itself.

Whereas a more elaborate description field is available for longer explanations.

• Notably plugins refer (e.g. depends field) to each other through thier basename/id, not the title though.
