Previously the plugin hooks for MyOggRadio, Timer, RadioTray were tucked away behind an **Extensions›** sub entry in the station context menu.

 * Now the primary entries are presented inline.

 * And play/record/bookmark/save/etc. all have common stock icons now.

 * The **Extensions›** submenu is still there, but used by <kbd>exportcat</kbd> only.
     
     Likewise will the main menus` **Extensions›** only list core extensions in the future.
