Rss and atom feeds are broken for freshcode. The feeds http://freshcode.club/projects.rss
and http://freshcode.club/projects.atom
keep repeating the same entry about LimeSurvey every 5 minutes over and over:

Please fix the feeds or consider suspending the LimeSurvey entry, should blocking the offending entry be enough to fix the feeds.
From https://freshcode.club/projects/limesurvey.json it looks like limesurvey should update automatically by checking https://raw.githubusercontent.com/LimeSurvey/LimeSurvey/master/docs/release_notes.txt, but this is not what is happening now.
As of today, that file dates back to 2 weeks ago with version 6.6.6 (build 241002) while the freshcode page has at its top version 6.5.17 (build 240715). So freshcode is getting data for its feed from a different source. In case it is getting direct notifications from the project, then these might be the problem.
