The "test-missing" command:

Usage: fossil test-missing

Look at every artifact in the repository and verify that all references are satisfied. Report any referenced artifacts that are missing or shunned.

Options:

--notshunned

Do not report shunned artifacts

--quiet

Only show output if there are errors
