when running the PageTranslate extension in LibreOffice through the MS translate format it says that I need to run pip install translate. 

I have python3 installed on my system with the python3-pip and I also have pip and pipx installed trying to get it to clear that error. (Ubuntu 23.10) and i was able to run the translate command in the pipx but in python3-pip it said that it would break the system. 

I am a pastor with swahili speaking people in our church and I translate all my messages to swahili and they say that MS translate version is better than google translate so I was hoping to be able to use it. if you have other suggestions please let me know.
