Provides a short description on what a plugin does, or how it's to be
labelled.

    # title: my featuure

Usually this should just be 1 to 3 words.

  * Be brief if used for GUI menu entries.

  * Not contain [version](wiki/version) numbers of itself.

Whereas a more elaborate [description](wiki/description) field is available
for longer explanations.

  * Notably plugins refer (e.g. [depends](wiki/depends) field) to each other
    through thier basename/[id](wiki/id), not the title though.
